Amazing Pool Area

The pool area is gorgeous, with plenty of lounge chairs and nice towels available. I loved the hot tub, and the temperature of the water was just perfect. It felt great to relax after a long day of activities! The cabanas and fire pits were a fantastic addition, making it a great place to unwind at night.

Delicious Grill Options

I had a wonderful dining experience at the Canyon 49 Grill. The menu offered great pub fare and the service was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Southwest mac and cheese, which was massive and delicious! Happy hour is a must-try, featuring fantastic deals and tasty appetizers.

Awesome Gym

The fitness center was the largest I have ever seen in a hotel! It was well-equipped with a variety of machines, making it great for a workout. I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. I loved that I could stick to my fitness routine while traveling.

During my stay at the Grand Canyon University Hotel, I found the staff to be exceptionally nice, which really made the experience feel personal. The rooms were simple and accessed from the outdoors, giving them a motel vibe. However, the amenities, especially the beautiful pool area, made up for the basics. While the restaurant was average, the complimentary continental breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a good value for the price, with a cozy feel but some room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel while visiting for the WWE Royal Rumble. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially during check-in, and my room was clean and welcoming after a long journey. I really appreciated the complimentary water upon arrival. However, it would have been nice to have a few more amenities like a microwave in the room, but overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return if I'm ever back in Phoenix.
